INTERN 3D ARTIST
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will work on a variety of 3D game assets like environments, characters, props, vehicles in multiple styles and different workflows like stylized, cartoony, realistic, PBR, hand painted etc.
- Must be able to collaborate effectively with peers, leads, and clients
- Must have strong problem-solving skills and be able to figure out the best ways to achieve a given task
- You will need to be able to consistently meet project deadlines / milestones
- Must be proactive about improving / developing artistic skills / adapting new workflows
- Ability to learn new software tools and technologies on their own and grasp new programs and systems quickly
REQUIREMENTS
- Outstanding portfolio demonstrating strong artistic ability and good aesthetic eye
- Software skills required – Maya or equivalent 3D program, Zbrush sculpting, Photoshop & Substance Painter texturing.
- Knowledge of game art workflow - from Zbrush sculpting to texturing in Substance Painter
SKILLS
- A fine arts background or strong traditional art skills e.g., drawing or sculpting, is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills allowing effective collaboration and problem solving with a wide variety of project staff
- Knowledge in Marvelous Designer, Mari, Quixel suite, Marmoset toolbag, Mudbox, Substance Designer, 3d coat, Knald, Unity, Keyshot and other such tools is a Plus.
SENIOR 2D ARTIST
RESPONSIBILITIES
- 6+ years of experience as a Senior Concept Artist in the gaming industry, with a portfolio showcasing character, environment, prop design, Ai generated assets etc.
- Be confident using creative programmed and technologies like Photoshop, Illustrator, Painter and SketchUp.
- Exceptional drawing and illustration skills with a sharp eye for form, color, and composition.
- Maintain attention to detail and uphold high standards of work.
- The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the project's art style and overseeing the creation of concept art.
- Will be expected to translate the vision of the designers to concept art and ensure that all work conforms to the technical and stylistic specifications set forth
- Will effectively relate vision to developers and artists
- Approach systematically all areas of concept art creation
- Create a diverse range of drawings, including characters, items, and environments, that establish the style and functionality of non-photorealistic in-game assets.
- Work closely with project leads to define the style and look of the game.
- Create storyboards, sketches, in-game 2D screens, layouts and colour comps.
- Will mentor and guide junior artists, providing direction and support. Prior experience in managing 2 to 3 team members is required.
- Research topics and information for points of reference and ideas to use in your designs
- Create specification sheets, accurately noting dimensions and details for others to follow.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of experience as a Concept Artist in the games industry
- A degree in fine arts, illustration, or a related field is preferred.
- Extensive experience in character design, environment design, and hard surface drawing for game development.
- Willingness to incorporate new AI tools and to be creative about workflows to produce production content efficiently.
- An outstanding portfolio that demonstrates a strong artistic style and design sensibility.
- Demonstrates an excellent understanding of human anatomy, form, proportion, and scale, with the ability to creatively and stylistically deviate from these principles when necessary. Additionally, he possesses strong expertise in designing and implementing non-photorealistic in-game assets, ensuring they are functional and visually compelling.
- Experience communicating well with team disciplines and working within existing project constraints.
- Strong understanding of game production pipeline. With experience shipping multiple titles.
- Responsive and adaptive to reviews and feedback from the Art Director and team members.
SENIOR UI DESIGNER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Game artwork design including UI and game assets, character and background
- Creating the Game assets with attention to details
- Optimizing the assets according to the game requirements
- Constant interaction with Project leads and Development team to check the UI work flow
REQUIREMENTS
- Possesses excellent creative, visual and user interface design skills
- Has a strong portfolio of game artwork and deign
- Mastery of Adobe Photoshop- Proficiency in other Adobe Creative Suite software
- Should possess good sketching skills and visualization
- Proficient with designing trendy game artworks that runs on mobile platforms
- Up-to-date on the latest mobile game design trends, interactions and platforms
- Experienced at translating information architecture game design documents and diagrams
UNITY DEVELOPER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- 1+ year of experience in Unity3D or Cocos2d
- Proven working experience in full lifecycle game development
- Hands on experience, primarily with C# / JavaScript / C++ or other programming languages (Java, C, etc.)
- High level knowledge of APIs and libraries
- Expert in one or more programming specialties (artificial intelligence, 3D Rendering, 3D animation, physics, multiplayer/networking, or audio)
- Up-to-date with the latest gaming trends, techniques, best practices and technologies
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
REQUIREMENTS
- BS degree in Computer Science or Games Technology
- BE/BTech in Technology area (i.e., Computer Science or Games Technology) or related fields
